Key Purpose of the Job:

Reporting to the Quidvis Operations Manager this position provides operational support.
The role will primarily support the operational parts of the business on a daytoday basis. The role will also assist the planning team in scheduling for our fieldbased fire risk assessment team across the UK ensuring contracts are on track. Using our in house developed tools the successful candidate will help assist the day to day tasks of the operations and assist in planning effectively and efficiently for our large team of assessors carrying out fire risk assessments and fire door inspections on a diverse range of buildings from small retail to large corporate offices with varying degrees of complexity.
An important part of the role is to hold the assessors to task ensuring that client expectations are met appointments are adhered to and quality of delivery is maintained.
The role will be permanently based at our Reading office on Green Park.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Assisting in the effective planning of all assessors
Making appointments for the Assessment team
Liaison with assessors to ensure they are on track with their schedules
Provide support to our clients on the Quidvis RMS system
Perform administrative and clerical tasks
Deal with initial client enquires
Any other tasks as required by senior management.

Essential Requirements for the job:

Excellent administrative skills
Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
Great Communication skills written verbal.
Able to prioritise workload alongside changing business needs
Problem assessment and resolution
Attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work.
Flexibility and adaptability
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of all relevant software.
