- Hours: 27.75 per week
- Shift: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our catering team. You will play a key role in helping us deliver fresh nutritious homecooked meals to our residents while ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and adheres to the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef/Cook in the preparation of meals working closely with the catering team to ensure dietary requirements are met.
- Support with general kitchen duties maintaining a clean organized and compliant kitchen environment.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a catering or kitchen assistant role (1 year preferred but not essential).
- Basic food hygiene certification is desirable but full training is provided through our HIPPO Elearning platform.
