Are you an experienced Data Analyst based in Portsmouth, looking for a new challenge?
Trilogic are proud to support a premium mechanical, building, design and engineering company based in Portsmouth.
We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical analyst to support continued growth and transformation across the businesses. The candidate must be confident with dealing with high level management and great with communication.
The Data Analyst will be providing support and insight to the Group support functions and the Operational Businesses.
Requirements
The role is office based in Portsmouth Naval Base and is subject to the required security clearance
This will be a varied role which reports directly into the Group IT Manager.
key requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Provision of regular and ad hoc reports, KPI s and analytics
- Supporting system data integrity
- Supporting system architecture
- Supporting new system implementations and upgrades from a data perspective
The Data Analyst Will Be: - Confident in SQL Queries, Power Pivot, Power BI and DAX Queries
- Experienced in report building and financial modelling
- Able to create a bespoke database to consolidate key data
- Advanced in MS Excel Skills
- Accounting knowledge would be advantageous
- Able to Demonstrate relevant and recent experience in a similar role
- A proactive self-starter
- Strong in communication skills and able to work effectively with non-technical colleagues
