The Role
We are looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join our growing Business Support Team. This role is a full time position and consideration will be given to individuals who have at least 2 years experience in marketing. Together with the management team and suppliers, you ll help deliver marketing and brand activity to agreed plans and timelines which:
- Build the Watson Woodhouse & Macks brand awareness, reputation and associations
- Supports the achievement of growth across all our services
- Enhances client experience - maintaining high standards, client reviews/feedback and community engagement
Whilst this varied role means no two days are the same, it does have a focus on digital marketing.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Working across the marketing mix to establish the right marketing materials for the job at hand and generating content and assets appropriate for the channel
- Drafting content and posting on social media
- Helping with marketing related tasks and marketing administration
- Liaising with suppliers
- Uploading content to the website
- Developing ideas for compelling content that garners attention and raises awareness of our brand, stimulates interest and engages both existing clients and prospects.
- Taking an active role in recommending and acting upon opportunities to enhance the client journey and increase conversion of enquiries
- Maintaining the website and working with our digital agency to seek new ways to increase rankings, traffic and enquiries
- Supporting the collection of client feedback and reviews
- Taking on new project challenges as the business evolves
- Attending events where required
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise, cope under pressure and work to strict deadlines. Good communication, proofreading & editing skills are essential as is managing expectations across a wide range of competing needs. Attention to detail, a good work ethic, a willingness to cover a variety of tasks and work outside core hours on occasion if necessary.
