Dear Coffee a leading innovator in the coffee industry is currently seeking an experienced VPN Infrastructure Manager to join our dedicated IT team. In response to our expanding presence and the growth of our remote workforce this position will be pivotal in ensuring the secure and efficient operation of our VPN infrastructure. Based at our office in London UK this role offers the opportunity to work within an exciting and fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Management: Build and maintain the organizations VPN infrastructure to provide secure access for a distributed workforce.
  • Security & Reliability: Oversee the security measures of the VPN ensuring safe and reliable connections for both remote and inoffice staff.
  • Maintenance & Optimization: Carry out routine maintenance updates and optimizations to the VPN systems preventing vulnerabilities and enhancing performance.
  • Monitoring: Monitor the network for any performance issues or security threats taking proactive measures to address them.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the broader IT team to ensure seamless integration of VPN solutions with other company systems and applications.
  • Support & Training: Deliver highquality technical support and develop training modules for users on how to attain secure VPN access and uphold best practices for security.
  • Innovation: Keep informed of the latest technological advancements and industry standards within the VPN domain to foster continuous improvement of our systems.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge and handson experience with VPN configuration and network security protocols.
  • Industry Experience: Proven track record as a senior IT professional within VPN management and IT infrastructure roles.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities to identify and manage network issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective support and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing technology landscape within the organizational framework.
