Responsibilities :
  1. Provide technical guidance
  2. Regularly review code submissions from mentees to ensure quality
  3. Demonstrate best practices in software development through your own work
  4. Support Career Development
  5. Stay updated with industry trends



Requirements

  1. Deep knowledge of both frontend and backend technologies
  2. Leadership and mentoring abilities
  3. Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
  4. Strong communication skills
  5. Strong interpersonal skills including empathy patience and the ability to give constructive feedback
  6. Available to work 30 minutes per week with a flexible schedule
