Our client is a language translation services and technology company. Backed by some of the world s leading investors, they re building the next generation of localization, making it possible for every organization to communicate with their customers in the language of their choice through high-quality, scalable, and affordable translation services.

Tasks

Key responsibilities include:

  • Outcomes - own key production drivers including production volume, delivery cycle time, and efficiency. Includes both product and process-oriented goals.
  • User research - execute on a product validation process to become the in-house expert on how production projects are delivered end-to-end.
  • Roadmap - own the product roadmap for production products and features.
  • Delivery - partner with engineering to write PRDs/epics/stories, participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, acceptance criteria testing, and retros. Create a strong working relationship within your delivery team.
  • Go To Market - communicate upcoming product launches, product performance, and author knowledge base articles and blog updates to evangelize your team's product contributions.

Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

  • 3+ years Product Management experience focused on user-facing products.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, continuous process improvement, and data analysis
  • Track record delivering UX-centric workflow products and productivity features from concept to delivery and beyond, including measuring success + iteration
  • Experience coordinating a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritization and scoping
  • Strong curiosity and empathy when learning about users, plus ability to create actionable plans for improvement through the product
  • History of innovation with examples of developing new technical, engineering and/or manufacturing/production processes.
  • Concise and engaging communication across customer-facing interactions and technical + non-technical internal stakeholder discussions
  • Excellent writing skills with ability to set clear user stories and achieve alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or a related technical discipline is highly preferred.
  • General understanding of translation and/or localization services a plus
  • PMP certification a plus
