What s the role?
It is an exciting time in our clients corporate division. They have a brand-new leadership team and feel the time is right to bring in several sales roles to turbo charge their new ambitions. As sales enablement, you will live and breathe customer acquisition through organisation and efficiency. You will understand and anticipate the needs of the business development team and know how & when to connect to capitalise on those requirements.
In a nutshell:
Oversee the business development recruitment process and conduct initial stage interviews.
Responsible for procurement and roll out of business development tools for the team.
Evaluate metrics and impact on the business: track the implementation and efficient of tools on the team s performance.
Work in conjunction with other members of staff in presenting a professional image, in a face-face environment.
Drive to achieve monthly targets by identifying and assessing prospects for the sales team, helping to input the data into CRM system
Demonstrate high standards of business and personal ethics.
Take an actively interest in learning about new products and approaches to selling them

What will you need to be successful in this role?
