The project manager position has an emphasis on the delivery of legal-based solutions to law firms and corporate legal departments. The solution suite composes of core applications that the legal industry uses, such as:
- Document management, collaboration and security solutions
- Document automation and assembly software
- Case & matter management solutions
- Contract management & AI technologies
The Project managers oversee the project delivery to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are utilised and the stakeholders involved are satisfied with the outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate consulting resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects that are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget
- Involve stakeholders and develop project scopes and objectives, while ensuring the feasibility of the project for a successful outcome
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure resource availability and allocation
- Measure project performance using systems, tools and techniques and use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule and costs
- Manage the relationship with the client stakeholders and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Perform risk management procedures to minimize project risks and report/escalate to management as needed
- Ensure that quality standards are met and provide advice regarding the management of projects
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation agreeing on project objectives while reporting to the clients and senior stakeholders on progress
- Evaluate the success of the projects against benchmarks and share lessons or best practices with relevant personnel
- Improve project outcomes by constantly reviewing and developing knowledge, procedures, processes, skills and techniques
- Present at internal and client meetings to support business improvement and development opportunities

- An excellent grounding in Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft SQL Server database, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, IIS and SharePoint
