Tasks

Perform manufacturing activities according to written protocols, according to cGMP

Maintain batch records, equipment logs and other production records to comply
with cGMP and internal SOPs

Perform routine operation, maintenance, inspection, and cleaning of equipment in
accordance with operational instructions

Diagnosis of routine problems in manufacturing steps and operators and execute
deviation and nonconformance action plans

Reporting safety incidents or safety hazards to senior colleagues, supervisors, or
managers

Support process development studies and maintain a clean and orderly laboratory

Requirements

• Completed training in a Laboratory as a technician, or comparable education
• Experience in cell culture and working within a GMP environment with good knowledge of Quality System and cGMP
• Technical proficiency that enables effective execution of documented procedures
• Demonstrated experience with common computer software packages (Windows, MS Office)
• Professional presence, strong attention to detail and a methodical approach required
• Self-motivated person with good communication and problem-solving abilities, working independently as well as in teams
