Lettings Negotiator - Exciting Opportunity in the Real Estate Industry!

Base salary: £18k - £20k , OTE: £35k
Location: SW17

a talented and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their team. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be instrumental in matching tenants with their ideal rental properties, collaborating with landlords, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of rental properties to prospective tenants.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries, providing accurate information about available properties.
  • Skillfully negotiate rental terms and agreements between landlords and tenants, ensuring both parties' satisfaction.
  • Complete necessary paperwork, including tenancy agreements, inventories, and relevant legal documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal regulations, industry standards, and company policies throughout the rental process.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, building trust and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, rental prices, and property values to offer informed advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Junior Lettings Negotiator, or in a real estate property management role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to mediate and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Thorough understanding of lettings regulations, laws, and procedures, ensuring compliance throughout the process.
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with property management software and systems is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for property visits.
