Milo and the Bull deliver a progressive periodised strength training programme in a group setting We seek to deliver a personalised product in a group setting to be at the forefront of this delivery we are seeking an experienced Head Trainer
As the Head Trainer of a Milo studio you will be responsible for the day to day operations within the company framework and running the studio as if it were your own Your job will be to ensure we gain and retain customers create a positive working culture and ensure everybody leaves with a smile on their face
We require a qualified Head Coach who is hardworking and willing to lead by example Someone who holds themselves to the highest standards with excellent leadership and communication skills Coaching Milo and the Bull sessions while going above and beyond to make sure everyone in the room receives quality technique tips and motivation
The right person will also be responsible for developing a team of coaches and delivering sessions in your studio
As the sole customer service representative for your studio it is key that members and prospects are engaged and communication reaches them in a timely manner
The Head Trainer will also be responsible for
- Handling membership administration
- Dealing with incoming enquiries compliments and complaints
- Working with the customer experience lead to audit and improve trainer performance
- Working alongside property management on studio maintenance and the cleaning team
- Using Loyalsnap Mindbody or other such studio management software to manage the day to day businessWorking alongside the marketing and events manager to deliver studio socials and events
- Reporting to the COO on all studio matters
- Evolving and always improving the member experience
- Managing stock inventory of studio products and merchandise
The ideal person
- Years experience in a group fitness studio environment with a track record of leading a team
- Excellent written oral and verbal communication skills
- Experience in developing people
- Community focused
- Exceptional attention to detail

- Able to work independently at times using initiative
