About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and all-round graphic and digital designer to support the creative and art working process across a wide variety of both digital and print-based projects.
You will be joining as a junior designer working across print and digital campaigns for clients and agency within the Creative, Partnerships and Production team in-house.
As well as working on various new business pitch projects and client campaigns you will also play an active role in maintaining and creating the agencys branding and in-house literature.
We would also encourage you to get involved in activities across the agency outside of your day job, which tap into your passion points and the things you enjoy too!
Responsibilities
Tasks are likely to include:
Taking a brief
Estimating the time projects require, and time manage accordingly
Generating draft designs and mock-ups for print and digital media
Creating PowerPoint templates for new business pitches and internal clients
Creating social media graphics to promote events, client work and awards
Liaising with the lead designer on workflow and concept ideas
Presenting options for feedback
Creating final designs and layouts, working to a deadline and editing according to final comments
Proofreading and preparing designs to be printed

1 year of professional design experience ideally
Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint
Experience using Premiere Pro and After Effects a benefit
The ability to meet deadlines in a highly pressurised environment
The ability to see projects through from inception to completion
Consistency regardless of project size
Great attention to detail
Good organisational skills that support the rest of the team
Strong computer skills
The motivation to maintain and improve design standards
Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense
Great communication and confidence to explain ideas within the team
The ability to balance work on several projects at a time
