An award-winning international law firm is a seeking a Funds Lawyer.The Funds Department continues to go from strength to strength and is growing at one of the fastest rates in the firm. It has won Funds Team of the Year at The Lawyer Awards for the last two years in a row.

Main Duties

  • Creating Funds, advising managers on structuring internal businesses, and taking ownership of client relationships.
  • Be responsible for a diverse caseload within the Fund formation space. Work closely with other leading department including Financial Services and Markets, Tax, Real Estate and Private Equity.
  • Asset Management.
  • Acting for Companies listed on the Stock Exchange.
  • Funds finance.




Requirements

  • An outstanding academic record.
  • One - four years experience working in a similar role within a Funds department in a similar firm.
  • Innovative approach to problem-solving and the ability to think outside of the box.
  • Evidence of strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • An inquisitive personality with a keen attention to detail.
  • An ability to work both autonomously and within a collegiate environment.
  • Resourceful with excellent time management skills.
  • Willingness to show commitment and engagement to the firms culture.
