Dear Coffee a leading company in the Food & Beverages industry is currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as the CEO. As a company that is committed to delivering the highest quality coffee and providing an exceptional experience to our customers we are looking for a CEO who shares our love and enthusiasm for coffee. In this role you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the companys operations. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability. As the CEO you will play a key role in shaping the companys vision and ensuring that it is aligned with our core values.

The CEO of Dear Coffee will be responsible for overseeing all operations making major corporate decisions managing the overall operations and resources of the company and acting as the main point of contact between the board of directors (the Board) and corporate operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the companys strategic plans and goals
• Oversee daytoday operations and ensure efficient and effective execution of business operations
• Provide strong leadership to the executive team and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners
• Drive product innovation and ensure that the company remains at the forefront of the industry
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role in the Food & Beverages industry
• Passion for coffee and a deep understanding of the industry
• Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
