The Role

You will need To support the Registered Manager in the running of the Home care business, you will also be completing daily tasks such as:
- Taking phone calls
- Rotas
- Filing
- Dealing with client and staff queries
- Speaking with other professionals in the healthcare industry.
- Cover emergency care calls
You will also be required to workMonday- Friday 9am-5pm.
Requirements
- Should have good IT skills.
- prefer that you have a full UK driving licence
- To be able to work under pressure
- Confident on the phone
- good customer service skills
- Preferablygrades A*-C or equivalent in Maths and English
