Private Client Tax Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Manage a portfolio of private clients including highnetworth individuals business owners and trusts.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships acting as the primary point of contact for all taxrelated matters.
- Provide tailored tax planning advice to clients considering their individual circumstances and financial goals.

Tax Compliance and Advisory:
- Oversee the preparation and submission of selfassessment tax returns ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Advise clients on a wide range of tax issues including inheritance tax capital gains tax and income tax planning.
- Keep abreast of changes in tax legislation and communicate implications to clients proactively.

Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals providing guidance training and support to ensure the delivery of highquality services.

Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand services to existing clients and attract new business.
- Participate in networking events and contribute to marketing initiatives to enhance the firms profile in the marketplace.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in private client tax preferably within an accountancy practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations.
- Proven track record of managing a diverse client portfolio and delivering highquality tax advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
