Your Expertise:
- Build a strong cohesive MFL department team fostering a culture of collaboration trust and shared success.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and challenged to reach their full potential.
- Champion MFL education across the school community advocating for its importance and integrating it into the broader curriculum.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues senior leadership parents and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the MFL department.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians keeping them informed of their childs progress in MFL.
