Zima Dental is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their dynamic start-up, where their aim is to use innovative design to improve the oral appliance journey. Their first product, the Dental pod, revolutionised oral appliance cleaning and has been sold in over 30 countries worldwide. They are currently launching their new range of products for oral appliance patients.
Over the last 3 years, they have experienced triple digital growth and have been investing heavily in their online marketing channels. Its an exciting time for anyone to join!
WHAT YOURE GETTING YOURSELF INTO
Youll use your magic hands to work on converting email campaign designs that will be seen by many different people from all over the world. Youll be getting to know these audiences inside and out and be able to adapt your designs to suit their needs. Youll take autonomy over your designs and bring new strategies to the table with the goal of continuously improving click-through and open rates. Although there is a big focus on email design, youll gradually move into creating a variety of different assets for the website and social media platforms as well.
Zima Dental is looking for the perfect fit for their team, and that doesnt always mean someone with the most experience. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and be able to fit into a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Increase engagement and conversion rates by designing regular email campaigns that are visually appealing and tailored to the needs and preferences of the US, EU and ROW regions
- Enhance user experience and brand identity by creating unique and eye-catching design concepts for blog articles and website imagery that align with their content strategy and target audience
- Boost brand awareness and customer engagement on social media platforms by crafting visually compelling and interactive assets such as Instagram stories, posts, and other multimedia content
- Streamline communication and knowledge-sharing within the organization by designing and updating internal materials, including handbooks, guides, and other resources, that are user-friendly and visually consistent
WHO YOU ARE
- You have experience working with creative assets for email marketing campaigns
- You have a proven track record of using Adobe Creative Cloud programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Acrobat
- You have experience using email marketing tools, preferably Klaviyo
- You have copywriting skills that would be beneficial for this role
- You have the ability to adhere to branding guidelines, including tone, style, and voice, as well as create new branding material
- You are familiar with the mobile-first approach to design and have experience in designing for mobile devices
- You have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and can re-prioritize when urgent work is required
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are passionate about creativity and possess a keen eye for design
- (Ideal) You have some experience in video editing and an interest in photography
INTERVIEW PROCESS

- Stage 2: Short assignment to see your skillset and your style of working
- Stage 3: A call with the Zima Dental team to hear all about the insights from them
