Business Development Manager







Our client is looking for a strong administrator and business development representative to join a small but growing team on a full time (45 hrs) permanent contract at their state of the art offices based in Borehamwood.
Salary is competitive with the opportunity to earn commission on completed personal deals based around KPIs.
Candidates should note that this list is not exhaustive and the duties are liable to change from time to time in line with the needs of the company.
Key tasks & responsibilities:
1. Building out a database of local estate agents
2. Calling Cold and Warm leads
3. Administration in house collating data
4. On occasions travelling locally to meet agents
5. Improving the visibility of the firms offering who they are what they do and
building business connections and networks.
A suitable candidate will:
- Have a good phone manner and show clear communication skills verbal and written.
- Be a selfstarter.
- Be confident within their role & be organised.
- Show Initiative in bringing new ideas to the business.
- Have the ability to multitask.
- Provide attention to detail letter writing punctuation spelling etc
- Excel/google sheets basic understanding.
- Be comfortable networking and building rapport with other businesses and clients
- Have an understanding or interest in estate agencies or cash buying businesses.
- Have an interest in property.
- Be a team player willing to pitch in when needed.
- Understand the varying workloads of a small but growing company
- Potentially have a database of agents to bring with them Drive and have access to their own car.
