Salary: £30,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the company's accounts and payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead the payroll process, including timekeeping, deductions, and tax reporting.
- Maintain precise financial records, including invoices, expenses, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor financial transactions for accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary financial data and documentation.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws, payroll regulations, and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and payroll processing systems.
- Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant accounting or payroll certification is a plus.
