As the Software Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of their technical projects and services across the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for leading projects, overseeing project execution, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive results.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively making decisions to keep projects on track.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting.
- Continuously assess and improve project management processes and methodologies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical delivery, Software Delivery, and project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in managing project budgets and financial aspects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the UK delivery landscape is a plus.
