Your new role as an Account Manager 70% and 30% IT Recruitment Resourcer
Tasks
- Account Management- contract sites within Public Sector
- Ensure the establishment and maintenance of excellent relationships with all the clients
- Partially business development- exploring new opportunities within existing clients in Public Sector
- Working alongside a Recruiter to ensure that all vacancies are serviced quickly with the best quality of candidates
- 30% IT Recruitment Resourcing:
- Sourcing top talent via internal databases, job boards, social media and networking
- Screening candidates via telephone/video
Requirements
You must have Recruitment experience in managing Accounts in UK ideally within Public Sector
To be successful you will need to be a confident communicator who is highly organised, has strong prioritisation skills and excellent attention to detail.
You will have a track record of building strong relationships and will work well under pressure, going the extra mile to ensure our clients and candidates' needs are met and exceeded.
