Job Role

Asset tagging of Office furniture, equipment, IT and other items on site within clients location.

Working in small through to large teams.

This role is a zero hour contract, whereby you will be contacted for work on an as-and-when needed basis.

Role and Responsibilities


Capture Data relating to equipment and furniture at clients premises.

Adapt daily schedule to accommodate time critical requests from clients.

Follow schedule plans from Asset Manager and Supervisor.

Maintain furniture warehouse making sure it is tidy and sorted out.

Report all completed job to the Asset manager as soon as they are completed.

Large specialist projects such as asset tagging Lab equipment & historical artefacts

Keep accreditations up to date.

Follow site rules and regulations.


Day to Day General

  • Accurately capture asset data in bespoke asset survey software.
  • Take accurate measurements of items.
  • Pay attention to differentials in conditions of items.
  • Report any system queries with Asset Manager.


Working Hours;

Project based, Working a maximum 5 of 7, which may include weekends and/or evenings as necessary.
