The successful candidate will work closely with staff students and parents to ensure that all students with SEND are supported to thrive academically socially and emotionally. Experience and Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and National Award for SEND Coordination (or working towards it).
  • Proven experience as a SENDCo or in a similar leadership role within SEN.
  • Strong understanding of SEN strategies legislation and effective support practices.
  • Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
  • A clear DBS.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
