The successful candidate will work closely with staff students and parents to ensure that all students with SEND are supported to thrive academically socially and emotionally. Experience and Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and National Award for SEND Coordination (or working towards it).
Proven experience as a SENDCo or in a similar leadership role within SEN.
Strong understanding of SEN strategies legislation and effective support practices.
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
A clear DBS.
Legal right to work in the UK.
