Our company is seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals for our team of Recruitment Consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and recruiting candidates for a variety of different positions for our clients. An ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of the marketplace and an ability to source, interview and recruit candidates from various sectors and industries.


Based Remote

Salary Minimum 75% commission per deal, and no threshold

Hours Fully flexible, self-employed work

You will be working for Hirefly as a self-employed 360 recruitment consultant. You will do it your way and have the control you need to have a long and successful career with us. We are a new recruitment agency who have a generalist viewpoint of recruitment. Working to a niche limits opportunities, and why limit opportunities when youre reaching for the stars.

Some of the day-to-day tasks are outlined below:

- Sourcing both job roles and candidates using a range of tools and techniques.

- Arranging and sometimes attending meetings with both candidates and clients.

- Building a CRM system to be used by you, your colleagues, and the team that you will go on to manage.

- Ensuring you develop business using different techniques to provide you with potential future opportunities.

- Building strong relationships with clients, to gain future work, and with candidates, so they come back to you when they are looking for a new role.
