Clarins is a leading beauty company, and we have an exceptional opportunity for you to promote their products as a Counter Manager within their local stockist in Whitehaven.
The position will suit someone who has retail sales experience, is target orientated and well organised. It goes without saying that you should have exceptional customer service skills.
A full training programme, combined with regular product updates and promotions will help ensure your personal success.
You will be paid a basic salary plus target-based commission on your sales.

- Make up colour matching
- Giving skin care advice
- Maximise sales opportunities
- Exceeding sales targets
- Maintaining and managing effective stock control
- Ordering new stock
- Merchandising
- Creating customer loyalty
- Leading promotional activity
- Product demonstrations
- Counter administration / paperwork
- General housekeeping
Requirements
- Have an interest in retailing and sales
- Confidence in demonstrating skincare, colour, and fragrance products
- Can demonstrate excellent selling skills
- Has exceptional customer service skills
- Good numeracy and accuracy skills
- Comfortable with working to targets
- Takes pride in your work
- Has an eye for detail
- A confident and articulate communicator
- Customer-focused and results-oriented
Benefits
- Starting salary of 10.00 per hour plus commission
- 35 to 37.5 hours per week
- 5 days per week, including Saturdays
- 2 days off per week (Sundays and one weekday)
