Summary

In the role of The Gym Group Client Account Manager for Johnson Health Tech UK, you will be the main point of contact for the Client and ensure the successful delivery of the Contract through planning, coordination and management of SLA’s.
Description of responsibility
Liaise with both the The Gym Group and Johnson Health Tech internal teams via effective and appropriate communication including; phone, email, Skype, and face to face meetings.
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational aspects of the Contract including; quote generation, gym layout and design, order processing, stock levels, delivery and installation and after sales.
Develops order plan status reports to review discrepancies, plan ahead, anticipate and communicate potential issues, and initiate any corrective actions.
Work closely with the relevant departments to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the Contract.
Ensure reporting and SOP documentation are complete, accurate and distributed on-time.
Identify project resources required and assign responsibilities.
Attend meetings and site visits as appropriate.
