We are looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to join our swarm at Hornetsecurity in Reading (UK) for 40 hours/week to start immediately or as soon as possible.
Tasks
- You onboard new employees and provide training on how to use systems.
- You are the main point of contact for handling any CRM issues and processing Data.
- You handle reporting and any statistical data the team requires.
- You cover other team members by processing orders, invoice queries, and quotations.
- You provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
- You handle daily incoming queries to our international partners and customers.
- You maintain and update sales and customers records.
Requirements
- You have excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) - any other language would be an asset.
- You have a high level of pro-activity, organizational and multitasking skills.
- You have experience as a sales administrator or a similar role.
- You pick up the product knowledge provided as part of training, as it plays a vital role in handling the day-to-day queries.
- You are able to work under strict deadlines.
- You are open to flexible working hours (if required).
