Job Title: Mobile Vehicle Technician
Location: Covering the Bury St Edmunds Ipswich and Norwich Areas
Day Shift Salary: Salary(DOE) fully expensed company van time saved bonus OTE 38k 45k
Monday to Friday 1 in 4 Saturdays
Night Shift: Salaryfully expensed company van time saved bonus OTE 43k 48k
Shift Times: 10pm to 7am finish. Monday to Friday 12 Saturdays 10pm 2am
Both Day Shift and Night Shift roles are available

Job Purpose:
Provide topnotch customer care by offering technical advice and conducting vehicle inspections for diagnosis maintenance and repairs.
Deliver excellent technical advice service and maintenance on all brand vehicles.
Adhere to relevant protocols set by legislation the company the manufacturer and suppliers.
Commit to continuous learning and development.
Optimise resource utilisation when delivering services

Requirements
Requirements:
Fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage processes administration and paperwork.
Capable of supporting coaching and developing colleagues and junior team members.
Hold a valid full driving license with fewer than 9 penalty points for a minimum of 6 months.
Provide evidence of the Right to work in the UK.

Requirements: Proof of Right to Work in the UK. Relevant manufacturer experience. Smart appearance. Competency in numeracy, literacy and IT. Understanding of basic vehicle design, function and location of parts. Relevant product knowledge. Supports others to continuously improve performance. Seeks feedback on own performance, takes responsibility for own development. Understands the drivers of business performance and uses them to optimise commercial opportunities. Plans and manages processes, resources workflows efficiently. Demonstrates openness to change and improvement. Proactively looks for more effective ways of doing things.
