Location: Hybrid - There will be an expectation for some occasional travel in to our Northampton office.
Salary: up to 65,000 plus bonus
You:
We are a very passionate and driven team so adding a new partner to our team, who matches our level of drive and ambition, is key. This role is focused on supporting Operations and people from a Finance perspective.
The role:
- Ensure the brand owner has full understanding and ownership of their P&L performance and ROI / ROCE
- Reporting & planning for the P&L, cashflow and balance sheet (where appropriate) for weekly, monthly, rolling 3m / 12m, annual and 5 year time cadences
- Modelling of strategic investment => appraisal, performance reporting and PIR
- Ensuring full alignment between trading meeting / other insight and brand P&L performance
- Supporting functional departments e.g. Operations, Marketing and Business Insight to provide a high level of analysis on the drivers of performance, and levers that could be pulled to improve it
- Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered
- Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams
- This is a Hybrid role, however you will be required to be in the office to meet the needs of the business, so flexibility is required
Key Requirements:
An ideal candidate would be a qualified CIMA/ACCA with some prior partnering experience
Experience of working in similar or larger size businesses
