Location: Motherwell ML1 4ZA
Salary: Salary 39780 Bonys OTE 45780 Benefits
Full Time and Permanent
Monday to Friday 8.00am5.00pm no weekends!

They are now actively recruiting for a Vehicle Damager Assessor / VDA Estimator for their Accident Repair Bodyshop in Motherwell.
Main Purpose of role:
Produce initial and updated estimates as specified by insurers/customers ensuring that the vehicle repair can be carried out safely to correct specification efficiently and that by doing so a satisfactory profit margin can be generated.

Carry out work in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision.

Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
You will ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines; for example wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy

Requirements
Technical Job Knowledge:
The level and scope of the Vehicle Damage Assessor will be to maintain the outcomes of VDA Accreditation Audatex IMI Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Level 3 ADAS and IMIAL Level 3 Hybrid & Electric Vehicle.
It is expected that the job holder will research emerging technical knowledge and automotive developments that may be present within present and future vehicles that may affect the repair following accident damage. This may involve consequential formal training distance or remote training.
A minimum of 3 years VDA experience is preferred and candidates must hold a full and valid driving licence
