The Role
An exciting role has been made available for a Wholesale Business Operations Analyst to join our team to facilitate and support the growth of sales and other departments globally
As Castore continues to develop our product range in line with some of the worlds leading athletes you will be responsible for supporting our growing business by enhancing operational excellence through standardisation of processes planning analysis and tools
As a key member of the Wholesale Team you will assume a key operational role in our relationship with our customers whilst also leading cross functional work with internal colleagues across our Category Management Finance IT & Operations teams helping drive the customer needs that will help us deliver against our ambitious growth plan
Responsibilities
Process Improvement provide crossdepartmental support which will increase productivity and reduce complexity ensure continuous improvement in GTM processes and tools in conjunction with Category Management Team Producing monthly inbound prioritisation reports to support the operations department
Training and Technology for the Sales Force help adopt and implement new technologies and processes across all operations Provide training sessions for new technology and tools
Strategic Planning & Dedicated Strategic Account Analysis working closely with the strategic accounts internal stakeholders and to foster effective relationships between customer and Castore stakeholders Identifying revenue opportunities and enable revenue growth through sales tools and planning processes With competitor analysis highlight threats to Castores business and seek out new product opportunities and current gaps in the marketplace Support the strategic planning process
SLT and Sales Team Support ownership of the monthly financial terms tracking Proactively identify daily business opportunities and shortfalls in forward orders Analysis of yearonyear orderbook variances and deep dive into increases / decreases Support of the sales forecasting process delivering analysis and insight in terms of highlighting any major variances Provide crossfunctional support through adhoc and periodical reporting including presentation and data support Support and help maintain showroom standards
Inventory Management assistance in inventory management through providing regular opportunity reports and stock risk issues proactively suggesting remedial actions needed Support Category Management in the sample demand process across all key and strategic account

Excellent Microsoft Office Package skills highly proficient Excel skills required PowerBI would be considered a plus
Able to manipulate and present data from numerous sources according to end user requirements
