We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, results-driven CRM specialist. Working with the global Senior CRM Manager, you will own the end-to-end planning and execution of the local CRM program for the british brand Cruise1st of our popular online cruise travel agency.
Tasks
- Work with the global Senior CRM Manager to develop and own the end-to-end CRM Roadmap
- Deliver on leads and revenue targets from our existing customer and marketing subscriber base
- Focus on critical daily/weekly email marketing optimization and expand our direct mail and 1-1 messaging capability
- Optimize CRM performance by coordinating the product and offer selectionDrive flawless execution of all CRM campaigns throughout the customer journey stages
- Continuously look for ways to improve campaign reach, deliverability, engagement, customer retention, and CLV
- Manage the collection of our Cruise1st Voice-of-Customer Feedback from the website platform and via survey tools
- Analyze and report on customer feedback about CX pain points and successes
- Develop hypotheses for new CRM targeting, offers, design, messaging, timing, and frequency and perform A/B testing to recommend optimizations
- Grow retention and CLV to efficiently scale our Cruise1st UK customer base
Requirements
- Experience in customer relationship marketing and customer retention in an e-commerce environment
- Excellent writer with impeccable grammar skills
- Expert knowledge of best-practices email marketing
- Strong background in other CRM channels such as direct mail and 1-1 messaging platforms
- You have worked with Email Service Providers (ESPs) experience with emarsys is a plus
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strong communicational and analytical skills
- You speak English on a native level
