This is a remote position.
The company is a supplier of refurbished and remanufactured IT equipment and we are looking to recruit to join a growing business based in Trafford Park, Manchester UK andthe company buys and sells used IT equipment and have been in the computer market for over 15 years. The company processes over 4000+ laptops every month, turning them to Grade A laptops (Remanufactured Quality) They have branches in Manchester and UAE. They also work with IT disposal, collecting redundant IT from Companies/Education and Public Sector and disposing of it responsibly.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling various renewed IT equipment. This would mainly be laptops and desktops. You will be creating new business to obtain sales.
Roles, Responsibilities & Requirements:
New business development selling refurbished/remanufactured It products to businesses, Education, Public Sector not just in the UK but also globally.
New business development finding and contacting potential customers regarding IT Disposal of their redundant equipment
Contacting potential new customers via email, phone and virtual meetings
Actively searching for Tender Opportunities
Offering ideas towards marketing campaigns
Creating sales quotations and obtaining shipping quotations when required
Processing sales orders
Liaising with other internal departments
Meeting monthly sales targets
During busy periods assisting with B2C sales via our online platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Using good judgement and professionalism to build relationships with customers and colleagues
Ability to use your time wisely and efficiently
Accountability and honesty in communication with colleagues
Self motivation
Calm and considered approach to working under pressure
Excellent planning and organisation skills
During quiet periods help with finding new partners
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9am 5.30pm
Requirements
Education, skills, and experience:
Previous sales experience essential (minimum 2 years) within ITAD/Refurbish Industry desirable, within IT hardware sales essential.
Account management,
Telesales or Call Centre experience would be useful.

Have an understanding of IT equipment
