We are looking for an efficient and highly accurate Senior Interior Architectural Designer with excellent communication skills to join us on a full-time basis. The talented designer will be able to creatively visualize the client brief to budget whilst being aligned with all regulations.

They will enjoy working in a team and autonomously, using their initiative to ensure we deliver excellence for our clients.

Tasks

  • Capable of working on multiple projects
  • Answering and making phone calls
  • Produce high quality and accurate presentation sheets and schedules
  • Obtaining costs/materials that may involve calling/visiting suppliers
  • Responsible for day-to-day studio maintenance
  • Taking photos for social media
  • Making minutes in meetings when needed
  • Manage follow-ups internally and externally
  • Ability to present designs and manage client meetings.
  • Experience and technical ability to produce all relevant drawings needed for an interior architectural project high level of detail and accuracy
  • Experienced in producing contractual proposals for projects

Requirements

  • Driving license and have their own car - location difficult to get to via public transportation
  • Degree in Interior Architecture required
  • Experience in high-end luxury residential
  • Provide a Portfolio demonstrating their capability of working within a high-end luxury residential environment
  • Excellent at listening and taking a detailed brief from other interior designers and clients
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work in an agile way in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Microsoft skills Including InDesign
  • Outstanding administrative skills
