CAD Designer
Salary - 25,000 to 35,000 DOE
Location Cornwall

We re working with a company that specialises in enabling the transformation of interior commercial spaces. They manufacture and supply exceptional decorative and acoustic walls, ceiling systems and finishes.
They are now looking for a CAD Designer who will be responsible for all the CAD work involved in designing, machining, producing, and delivering their beautiful wall and ceiling systems.
Responsibilities, but are not limited to
- Primarily you will be working with their project leaders and project brief
- Designing their systems in 3D CAD using Solid Edge
- Create drawings and details for client approval
- Produce drawings for machinists and their internal production team
- Ensure the project gets delivered on time and within budget
- You may also be required to produce R&D, marketing drawings and visuals as they develop new and improved products
Skills and experiences required
- Competent user of Solid Edge but other CAD packages such as: SolidWorks or Inventor will be considered
- Experience in Construction/Joinery/M&E would be useful but not essential
- Experience in Visualisation & Architectural style details would be useful but not essential
