Fintech Rec LLP recruits on behalf of some of the largest and most recognized brands within FX, Fintech and Payments.


Our client is seeking to hire a Senior Payroll Administrator, ideally from inside industry, to join their Finance / Accounts department.

Their business is growing at a significant pace - our client are regarded as one of the leading brands within deliverable FX and have a young & dynamic team.

Based in the heart of Canary Wharf (less than 5 minutes walk away from the tube station).

This is afantastic opportunity with one of the most recognised brands in deliverable FX.


Senior Payroll Administrator - Key responsibilities:

Processing end to end high-volume payroll.

Statutory payments - Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, PAYE and National Insurance etc.

Processing of Year End procedures.

Provide 1st line support for payroll queries.

Liaise with HMRC when required.

Process Tax Code changes.

Ability to process manual calculations.

Ad-hoc accounting duties

Manage and maintain company pension scheme enrolling employees and ensuring correct payment made to scheme




Requirements

Senior Payroll Administrator - Qualifications:

3+ years experience working in a busy payroll function

Ability to work on own initiative, working within a team and the ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task


Hours: 8.30am 5.00 pm
