Happy Nest Nanny Agency is seeking a nanny housekeeper for a lovely family (two children) for this part-time position in Thorpe Bay, Essex.
This is a busy family! Mum and dad are both professionals working from home occasionally . They've one child (Miss 9) in school in Bourne's Green from 9 am to 3 pm. One little boy (Mr 3) at nursery 3 mornings a week from 8.30am-12.30pm
As such, they'd greatly value the support of a nanny housekeeper to provide additional care and support.You'll be experienced in the early years, and have a love for bringing your A-game.
This position is due to start as soon as possible so they hope to meet you and begin the welcome process sooner rather than later so that everyone can get organised and on the same page.They are a lovely family who we have provided a nanny for previously and the previous nanny speaks highly of this lovely role.
Hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday;
7.30am-6.30pm
There will be opportunity to work additional days in the school holidays if that is a preference.
Duties: Childcare
To have fun, and keep the children occupied and engaged with activities after school.
Provide healthy meals and snacks for the children
To provide sole-charge care of the children
To be diligent in your ability to provide expert, nurturing, and well-rounded care for the children at all times
Assist with toddler and nursery duties and help with homework and reading
Nursery & School runs
The ideal nanny will have a broad range of experience, from older babies and toddlers, through to school-age children. Laughter is a good thing in this position! So you'll be keen to have fun and be very creative.
Duties Housekeeping
Between the hours the youngest is at nursery.
Keeping the home neat, clean and tidy including bathrooms- dusting ,vacuuming, mopping floors etc
Making beds and tidying rooms
Family laundry including ironing and putting clothes away.
Preparing food for the children
Occasional Errands
This is a smoke-free home. And the family don't have any pets.

Requirements:
A recognised childcare qualification
An up to date paediatric first aid certificate
Minimum at least 3 years experience in a similar role working as a nanny
Enhanced DBS certificate
Car and Clean Drivers Licence
