You ll get full training before you start as well as ongoing training and support from our close knit team of Care and Support Workers.
The type of things you might be doing include:
Carrying out all aspects of personal care help with getting in and out of bed, washing, bathing, dressing and help going to the toilet
Assisting and administering medication with appropriate training
Any other daily tasks that may be required such as light housekeeping, preparing meals and running errands such as shopping trips
Monitoring clients health and wellbeing
Working as part of a team and on your own initiative
Carrying out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device
Whether you are experienced, or new to care, The Beeches will invest in you there s no previous experience required just a desire to care for people. You ll be paid for your induction, training and shadowing shifts and we have guaranteed hours contracts.
Hours
Flexibility for daily shifts: 7:00am 2pm and/or 4pm 10pm with availability for shifts on an alternate weekend basis.
Personal Description/Requirements
First and foremost, you need to be a friendly, caring and patient person with a can-do attitude!
Secondly you need to have a full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
Thirdly, a desire to help people and to make a difference to their lives.

Pay Rates:
Monday to Friday 7am -7pm 12.00 ph
Monday to Friday 7pm onwards 14.00 ph
Weekend 14.00 ph
Travel Time 11.00 ph
