• Greeting our Guests 

• Dealing with all incoming reservations

• Upselling outlets

• Cross checking OTA bookings to ensure correct information is input in Opera

• Dealing with room blocks groups and tours

• Maximizing departmental revenue opportunities

• Preparing reservations to ensure a smooth run of the reception tasks

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a hotel environment

• Opera Cloud knowledge is essential

• ResaWeb knowledge is fundamental

• Previous experience in a Accor hotel is a plus
