We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be working closely with adults with learning difficulties and caring for the elderly. Your commitment will be pivotal in ensuring their daily needs are met, providing them with the care, respect, and dignity they deserve.
Tasks
- Administer medication as per the prescribed guidelines.
- Assist with moving and handling of patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Provide daily care and support to adults with learning difficulties.
- Offer compassionate care to the elderly, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best care is provided.
- Document and report any changes in patients' conditions and needs.
Requirements
- Medication Administration Certificate.
- Moving and Handling Certificate.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional references.
- Proven experience in caring for vulnerable adults.
