Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead a management team of Talent Acquisitions leaders insupporting hiring needs of the EMEA contact centers

Understand all critical business initiatives and goals for eachbusiness unit

Serve as a trustworthy advisor in relationships with keyleaders across different levels within the company

Deliver talent acquisition solutions that positively impact thesuccess of the business

Manage and support specialists to ensure an exceptionalcandidate experience

Monitor and provide progress reporting on each goal andproject

Be the ultimate point of contact for escalated complex TalentAcquisition issues

Participate in task forces focused on companywide humanresources and people initiatives

Collaborate with corporate support teams such as learningand development and operations in order to drive businesssuccess

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience leading a large Talent Acquisition teamfocused on highvolume multilingual recruiting preferably ina BPO setting.

Experience managing recruiting efforts in key EMEA regionsincluding the UK Greece Poland Egypt South AfricaBulgaria and Rwanda

Proficiency of various Talent Acquisition and human capitaldisciplines such as marketing talent assessmentcompensation and employee relations

Familiarity with HR systems compensation strategies andstatistical methods

Ability to positively influence leaders and team members withdiffering perspectives

Skilled at building trusted relationships at Director levelmanagement and above

Metricsoriented approach to track performance and driveimprovements

Understanding of specific recruiting needs within the contactcenter industry

Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Certification in process improvement (white belt or above)

along with a Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in related field willbe considered as an advantage
