At The Big Bird Nursery near Bathgate we are looking for a new team member to join us working a 38 hr week with a salary up to 24700 depending on experience you dont need to have Early Years qualifications for this role just want to work within Early Years.

The Big Bird Nursery is part of the CC Nurseries Group a 79 place setting located at the heart of the Whitburn community led by a passionate and caring team the nursery is filled with natural resources to encourage selfdirected play and discovery. Requirements

As a Nursery Assistant you will

Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development

Enhance the allaround daily needs of children including their physical intellectual social and emotional development

Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child staff parent and visitor always

Work within a team to support all children and team members within your room

Understand and ensure that the requirements of the curriculum are being met
