Accounts Tax Senior Manager

They are looking for an experienced Accounts & Tax Senior Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.

This is a mixed accounts and tax role within a general practice setting perfect for a skilled Accounts & Tax Senior Manager seeking excellent career development opportunities and broad client exposure.

As an Accounts & Tax Senior Manager your key responsibilities will include:

• Setting performance expectations and leading teams to meet them
  
• Maintaining regular and proactive communication with clients identifying needs and suggesting improvements
  
• Applying technical expertise in accounting and tax interpreting laws regulations and standards for a diverse client portfolio
  
• Demonstrating strong communication skills when working with both clients and team members
  
• Reviewing the production of accounts for a range of clients including limited companies sole traders and partnerships
  
• Managing and reviewing tax returns prepared by junior staff
  
• Assisting the partners with the growth of the business
  

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
  
• Experience gained within an accountancy firm
  
• Demonstrate managerial skills
