Healthcare Assistant (HCA) Band 2 Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HCA Band 2
  • Minimum 6 months experience in the NHS
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Experience within a ward-based or critical care unit setting
  • A compassionate and caring nature
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures and willingness to follow them at all times
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible and compassionate
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
