Hiring For A Clinical Deputy Manager.

40 hours per week fully supernumerary however, will need to work shifts on floor to cover A/L / sickness


Requirements


Registered General Nurse

Evidence of on-going continuing professional development linked to demonstrate clinical competencies

Leadership or Management training

Dementia Care Training

Palliative Care Training.

Experience of coordinating and managing residents care

Previous experience of working with residents suffering with dementia

Experience of handling clinical incidents and complaints

Supervision and managerial experience

Wound care assessment and management
