We have a very exciting opportunity for a Branch Assistant position working in a Branch and showroom in Woodford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a National company at the heart of the operation. This role offers fantastic development opportunity to progress through the ranks.

Job Purpose

This position is primarily to support the Branch colleagues by delivering excellent customer service and supporting in the smooth running of the Branch operations.

Key Results Areas

• Ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time in full.

• Ensure that customers in the showroom are dealt with politely and efficiently.

• All cash handling must be dealt with in line with company policy.

• Achieve sales and margin targets of the branch.

• Target new customers and be proactive following up on all inquiries

• Develop own and manage personal customer portfolio

• Ensure that all held orders are chased and customers contacted for payments.

• Help out with stock take when required.

• Complete all sales reports as required

• Ensure the showroom is always to a high standard including full samples brochures promotions and maintain general housekeeping.
