Role:Clinical Deputy Home Manager (RGN)
Salary: 42,600 p/a - 40hrs a week
Hospital: Elderly Care Home, Liverpool
Shift pattern - 2x12hrs shifts the rest of 40hrs made up supernumary
Start date: Immediate
The Client
Medsolve are working with a group of private care homes for the care of elderly residents.
Role of Clinical Deputy Home Manager
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver special experiences to residents, which promote choice and independence to make a positive difference to their lives
- Achieve the highest possible standards of care and enhance the resident experience, ensuring that all company policies, regulations, Codes of Conduct and care plans are adhered to
- Work with the Home Manager to implement care home policies around standards care, staff welfare and training and develop an excellent reputation

Requirements of Registered General Nurse/RGN
- Registered Nurse with active NMC pin
- 1 years post qualification experience as a nurse/RGN deputy or manager in care home setting
- Full right to work (this client does NOT offer sponsorship)
