As a company, we constantly strive to evolve and provide the best service possible to our customers. We are looking for at least 2 extremely dynamic and energised individuals to ensure our levels of customer service is second to none! On a daily basis, you would be required to speak to customers, ensuring that any issues are resolved in a full, promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

Daily duties would include -

• Liaising with customers
  
• Setting up customers onto our internal systems
  
• Dealing with customer queries
  
• Maintaining the store cleanliness
  

Must be computer-literate to be able to assist with any customer queries that you come across in your day to day job. Throughout the job, we hope the successful candidate will be passionate about what we strive to achieve and have the want to succeed.

Working week with consist of 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
